The rental cup

Trackhouse Motorplex's Rental Cup is a Wednesday night mini series held throughout the year featuring a Light and Heavy division of competitors racing our fleet of rental karts. Registration is open to ALL experience levels and NO equipment is necessary. Spectator admission is FREE!

 

Early Registration: $100 per night 

ROUND 5:

Light Division: June 14th, 2023 - REGISTER

Heavy Division: June 28th, 2023 - REGISTER

 

Light & Heavy Division Format:

3 Different Track Layout Featuring: 

5-Lap Practice/Qualifying on each layout

10-Lap Feature Race on each layout

Race Day Event Schedule:

6:00 p.m. - Drivers Meeting (Mandatory) 

6:15 p.m. - 5-Lap Practice/Qualifying

6:30 p.m. - 10-Lap Feature Race

7:00 p.m. - 5-Lap Practice/Qualifying

7:15 p.m. - 10-Lap Feature Race

7:45 p.m. - 5-Lap Practice/Qualifying

8:00 p.m. - 10-Lap Feature Race

 

*Light Division drivers must weigh or weigh-up to make the 190lbs. weight minimum to even the playing field. 

*Heavy Division drivers must weigh or weigh-up to make the 220lbs. weight minimum to even the playing field. 

 

TENTATIVE 2023 Schedule:

Light: January 10th, February 8th, March 8th, April 12th, June 14th, August 9th, and September 13th.
 
Light Championship Round: November 15th.
 
Heavy: January 24th, February 22nd, March 22nd, April 26th, June 28th, August 23rd and September 13th.
 
Heavy Championship Round: November 29th.
 

**NEW WAITLIST POLICY**

We will no longer accept call-ahead waitlist requests. The waitlist will open one hour prior to the scheduled drivers meeting time. The participant wanting to join the waitlist must be present; another racer or friend cannot put your name on the list. 

For the pre-registered drivers; if you are not checked in* by the scheduled drivers meeting start time, you will forfeit your spot completely and not be able to race in that event. You will receive a refund only if your spot was managed to be filled by someone on the waitlist. If you do not show up, or call ahead of time and we are unable to fill your spot, no refund will be issued. Prior arrangements are accepted; for example if you are pre-registered and know that you cannot attend, call ahead and let a staff member know. A 24 hour window of notification would be appreciated. There will be no transfer of credit to future races.

*Checked in- Meaning you have been to the lobby, checked in with a staff member, and received your wristband.

However, make-up dates for severe weather conditions in the case of extreme temperature, rain or snow have been built into the schedule. As always, no refunds will be issued. Come on out and race with us! Spectator admission is FREE. 

Must be 16+ years old with a  valid driver's license (Must show I.D.) to drive one of our rental karts. Learner's permits are not accepted.
