Frequently Asked Event Questions

1. How far out do you recommend our company book the meeting room?
   One week in advance is helpful to ensure any "extras" you want can be provided, however as long as we have open space, we can accommodate a 24 hour notice.
2. How far out should we contact you to book a large track & facility event?
   For larger events, we recommend contacting us at least a year in advance so we can plan our event schedule accordingly.
3. How many total cars can park at a full rental event?
   On pavement we can park approximately 400 cars, with an additional 500 cars on grass.
4. How many people can attend a full rental event?
   Thousands in total, with a few thousand people on site at any given time.
5. How many people can watch the race events?
   Several hundred people can stand and watch the race at the fence line, while approximately 30 people can sit in our bleachers.
6. Can our event have booths, food stands/trucks, or trailers for karters?
   Yes, food stands & trucks, tents, and booths typically set-up in our parking lot area. For racing events, the parking lot is also our Paddock area for karters with trailers and equipment setups.
7. Do you provide portable restrooms for full rental events?
   Yes, we do bring in additional bathroom facilities. We have two men's and two women's bathrooms on site at different locations with two stalls each. Then we have a single male/female bathroom inside the training room.
